Principal Lisa Alfaro

Dear Federalsburg Elementary Families,

Welcome to Federalsburg Elementary website, home of the Falcons! I am excited to join Federalsburg Elementary as principal for the 2021-2022 school year! I come to Federalsburg with 34 years of experience in education from Delaware, and I look forward to continuing my career in Caroline County, Maryland.

Federalsburg Elementary School is a great place where collaboration between staff, families and community are important to our learning environment. The FES Family promotes S.O.A.R. core values by engaging in a supportive and collaborative learning community that nurtures and builds a foundation for lifelong success. To S.O.A.R. means to: Stay Safe and Ready, Own our Responsibilities, Achieve our Goals, and Respect Self and Others.

Our office staff is excited for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns that cannot be found on the Back to School page or our school website. Please contact us at the school at 410-479-2761.

Looking forward to a great school year!
